A couple of things. Lockhart admits that Trump was treated to a ‘snarky attitude’ by the press. Of course I’m sure Lockhart believes President Trump had it coming.
But the idea that the press is treating Brandon with the same snarkiness is laughable. With only a few exceptions their tough questions (when Brandon deigns to take them) are along the lines of ‘What’s your favorite ice cream, Mr President?’ They never throw things like Afghanistan, bare shelves, record inflation, the collapse of border enforcement, the China virus, his demonization of half the nation, his apparent dementia etc. etc. in his face.
