What about oral Vit C?
Regular inexpensive oral vitamin C is very good, but you need a lot of it, and it is not as well absorbed as IV vitamin C. The classic advice from Dr Cathcart is to keep taking more oral C until you get a loose bowel from it, and then lower the dose.
Livon Labs lipo-spheric vitamin C is even more effective than IV vitamin C. According to Dr Thomas E Levy MD,JD it is 5 times more effective than IV C. It’s expensive (retail price is $38 for 30 one gram doses), but worth it. I keep 10 boxes on my vitamin shelf, to be ready to take a large dose in any health emergency. I’m sure that there is some other brand of liposomal vitamin C that is also effective, but some are not, so I’ve never strayed from Livon Labs.
Livon’s vitamin C is what Alan Smith’s wife fed him to recover, after IV vitamin C brought him back from the brink of death.
