If it’s not designated for EV use, then the issue isn’t an EV issue.
It’s up to management to decide if it constitutes “stealing” or not, and how to handle it.
Regarding home charging: easier than doing laundry. Arrive, pop the charger cover, grab the plug, insert plug, done. Leave house, unplug, close cover, done. Seconds per day.
That's what I want, another daily chore.
But, hey, if you enjoy yours, that's all that matters, to you.
I don't need one, don't want one. I use the electricty-generating capability of my IC auto pretty regularly: Air compressors, ham radio, battery charging, auxiliary lighting, etc.
