Yes, it was nerve wracking for me and for the kitties. They were mostly hidden all day and only came out to eat tonight. And I was out just long enough to feed them and pet them a bit.

Oh, thank goodness you won’t have sleet or freezing rain before the snow. It’ll sure make it easier to clean off the highways that way. Can’t believe you’re 10 degrees warmer than we are at the moment. LOL!

Poor kitties. They don’t like real windy weather. When we let some of out cats live outside, they hated it too.

We’ll get a little sleet of freezing rain at the change-over but it should be brief. Initially they said that would be our primary hit of this storm. It’s still going to be a heavy, wet snow and that can be problematic enough.

They don’t clear the roads here. No snow plows because we just don’t get that much snow. They have them in the cities but Podunk Nowhere areas like ours don’t have the money.

It’ll melt Tuesday when it warms back up into the 40s so no biggie. Nowhere we have to go so we’ll wait it out.
