Funny how the fbi really doesn’t want to charge him
Ray Epps Is an FBI Informant
"Asked whether Epps is an asset..."
"denied any deals or agreements"
They forgot to ask if he was an employee.
Ray will let his attorney talk for him, because his word isn’t good enough.
Ray Epps’s attorney comes from a family which is highly active in Arizona politics and criminal law. Hmmm, which Arizona politicians were out to get Trump during his term. . .

Andrew J. Blischak
Growing up, Mr. Andrew J. Blischak was exposed immensely to the legal world. Mr. Blischak’s stepfather was a Judge in Pinal County Superior Court, his mother a legal assistant, his uncle general counsel for a Fortune 500 company, and his father, John W Blischak, an F.B.I. Agent, Prosecutor, and Defense Attorney in Phoenix for over 40 years, it was only natural to work in the legal profession.
Mr. Andrew J. Blischack acquired his Bachelor’s Degree of Political Science in 2009 from Arizona State University. From there, Mr. Blischak obtained his Master’s degree of Science in Leadership from South University, which is in the State of Georgia. He then graduated as a Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Arizona Summit School of Law. While in Law School, Andrew J. Blischak interned at the Mesa Prosecutor’s Office in downtown Mesa, Az. He learned the “in’s and out’s” of a variety of criminal cases such as DUI’s, shoplifting, assault, domestic violence, drug cases, and other criminal charges. Before prosecutor work, Andrew J. Blischak interned for two successful criminal defense, and personal injury firms, where he learned how to successfully defend criminal charges as well as aggressively fight for a high settlement in accident cases. Mr. Blischak was involved in client consultations and set realistic and honest evaluations of cases. Attorney Andrew J. Blischak continues to stay on top of changes in Arizona case law to fight for clients’ needs.
Attorney Andrew J. Blischak is currently one of the Attorneys at Blischak Law. Mr. Blischak has successfully resolved misdemeanors, and Felony cases in the State of Arizona preventing jail or prison terms.
David Mercer, Criminal defense Attorney on Jan 25, 2017
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I went to law school with Drew, and he was definitely one of the better students there. He is a hard worker, and has a good mind for criminal law. Drew is also always looking for new ways to innovate so he can bring better services to clients and keep the pace with the modern legal market. If I was in a situation where I needed a criminal lawyer, I would call Drew without a second thought. For those reasons and more, I endorse this lawyer.
Drew Blischak was a Green Party candidate for District 20 of the Arizona House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 24, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.
Just to point out the obvious, a defense attorney is a ‘hired gun’ for his client. He/she is NEVER put under oath in any proceedings against the client. As such, any presumptions of truth telling are just that, presumptions!
FIB or not, he incited violence on 1-6.
I saw the vids of his cheer leading the crowd & he is dirty as hillary.
Looks like one of Blischak’s specialties is defending accused sex criminals. Who recommended him to Epps?
Sex Crimes
Phoenix Sex Crime Defense Attorney
In Arizona, being charged with a sex crime is a serious offense that can lead to a lengthy prison sentence and the possibility of lifetime probation. In addition, a conviction for certain sex crimes requires registering as a sex offender. If you have been accused of a sex crime, it is crucial to have an experienced criminal defense attorney to protect your rights.
The Blischak Law Firm has been defending clients against sex crime charges in Arizona for over 25 years especially those living in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa and Glendale. We offer legal knowledge and skill and a proven track record of creating successful legal defense strategies for our clients.
Feds could have infiltrated the Oath Keepers to suggest and encourage a stunt like that.
Feds are everywhere. Hell, I suspect my wife is a fed. She can quote everything I've ever done wrong.
The Green Party viewed Andrew “Drew” Blischak as an outsider. Why was the son of an FBI agent running on a Green ticket?
Three Arizona Green Nominees Withdraw
Posted on September 10, 2010 by admin
On September 10, three of the Green Party nominees in Arizona who were considered “outsiders” by party leaders withdrew, even though a court ruled yesterday that they should be on the ballot. See this story. Ironically, some or all of the three may be on the ballot anyway, because ballots in some jurisdictions had already been printed before they withdrew.
Another two of these nominees had already withdrawn a few days before the lawsuit filed by party leaders had been heard, so those two had been dismissed from the lawsuit.
The remaining “outsider” candidates who will be on the ballot, even though the party leadership rejected them, are: (1) Richard Grayson, for US House, 6th district, but he was not recruited by any Republican and has insisted that he should not have been rejected by the party leadership. He got 6 write-ins in the Green Party primary. (2) Anthony Goshorn, for State Senate 17th district. He got 4 write-ins. (3) Andrew Blischak, State Rep, 20th district. He got 1 write-in. (4) Thomas Meadows, for Treasurer. He got 60 write-ins. (5) Theodore Gomez, Corporation Commissioner. He got 39 write-ins. (6) Benjamin Pearcy, Corporation Commissioner. He got 36 write-ins. Arizona is electing two Corporation Commissioners this year.

“Not to my knowledge” Epps lawyer on whether he was connected to any government agency for the Jan 6 protest.
That is a stark contrast to the emphatic no , in response to whether Epps was an fbi informant.
In my opinion - the not to my knowledge comment is an obvious lie.
Exactly! There’s people locked up for simply being there. If I recall correctly there’s video of this guy with a bullhorn inspiring others to breach the capital.
Tell me he’s a fed without telling me he’s a fed.
Epps lives on a ranch in AZ. A BLM connection is real possibility. Seconded to the FIBBERS of course.
Feeb tells us feeb isn’t a feeb proving that both feebs are feebs.
“ok. then why isn’t he under arrest?”
YES,YES and YES!
Green Party lawyer? Well, that screams Trumper right there. What a farce.
You are correct in that an attorney cannot present testimony or other evidence in court if he knows the evidence is false. Out of court, the attorney can mistate and spin the truth without consequence, provided the statements are not made while under oath, do not violate a court order (i.e., gag order), or were not made to the FBI or other DOJ officer as part of an official investigation.
I wonder if Epps is under federal protection at his ranch.
........................
He better be.
