For years and years an N95 mask was certified for particulates and nothing more. They're commonly referred to as "dust masks". They don't even fit me so I wear one of these P100 masks which is called a particulate respirator.

Because of my narrow face, N95 masks let a lot of stuff by. They fit round faces pretty well but not thin faces. If I sanded something dark in color, I would have streaks of dark powder getting in the edges and leading straight to my nostrils.

This has all been so f-ing stupid. Our household just got over Omicron and now my wife who works at a nursing home that accepts medicare/medicaid will have to get the jab or lose her job because natural immunity is ignored when it comes to covid. It's just jab, jab, jab.
