The Mrs takes a topical ivermectin for rosacea on her face. They aren’t sure why it keeps it in check, but it works. Probably why she’s been good this whole time from a lot of illnesses.
I’ve got blood pressure medication that’s derived from snake venom that’s been shown to resist Covid as well.

I had rosacea for years on my upper chest and throat area.
It just went away a couple of years ago for no apparent reason...............
