New White House construction underway as diggers arrive and Marine One takes Biden out of town. - YouTuberansomnote: Text posted under youtube video. Penguin 6 lives in DC and goes to the capital and surrounding areas to show what's going on, and in this case he went down to the White House because his subscribers wanted him to go look.
ransomnote: In the video, Penguin six shows a small digger moving Jersey barriers around the fountain on the north side. He says last yaer they had the same barriers around the fountain on the south side as it was being repaired.

Yes, I can confirm... have been watching this for the past 3 days, since the first section was put in place by heavy machinery. The ‘NancyDrew’ FB/TG channels have been all over this.
There is also the 30’ high fencing that is basically ON the capitol, covering one enter side. When I say “on”, I mean between the stairs and the entranceway. This is NOT like the fencing from 10 months ago that was a 100 yards away.... this is right smack ON the capitol itself, essentially.
Nancy Drew also covering this in her daily videos.
