Easy to give other people's money to terrorists with a long history of killing Americans isn't it?

What's jumanitarian? Giving American money to Taliban terrorist killers?
To: thinden
The Taliban has a really handy way of raising LOTS of cash, just take up arms sales and use all the “abandoned” US military hardware, with instruction manuals and spare parts, to all comers all over the world. Hell, they may even sell some of them back to the US procurement agencies.
For WAY less than cost of production. Sort of an international DealDash, and they would still be able to pay most, if not all, of the shipping cost.

From the article ...
“Since October, the U.S. has provided the Afghan people and refugees more than $782 million in aid, making it the single largest donor of humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan.”
What is the end game and strategy with this aid.
