ChicagoConservative27 :" Gristedes CEO John Catsimatidis warned of a possible shortage of meat and eggs as a growing number of Omicron coronavirus variant
cases puts pressure on the supply chain in the United States."

Interesting since yesterday, Bloomburg expressed concern for the dairy and cheese supply chain based on personell shortages due to covid.
All Dairy is manual labor sensitive, whereas cheese is long-term dairy with time and fermentation.
Diary has also shown that it also dependent on transport and containers; and it was container shortage that resulted in diary farmers dumping milk
because they couldn't accesses the bulk container market in restaurants in quarantine, or schools which were only remote learning.
Meat and eggs are the primary source of protein in our diet, whereas dairy offers necessary vitamins, pro-biotics, and protein necessary for human growth.

I have always considered eggs to be a 'protein bomb'.
Eggs = small packaging, naturally produced, almost daily, encased within its own protective shield.
Can be eaten raw, but better served hard-boiled, steamed, or poached, or in an omelet.
