All of his reforms make perfect sense, but I especially like this one. It is one of the ways Democrats have stolen elections for decades.
11. Anyone convicted of election fraud gets instant 20 years in prison and can never vote again.
I support all these reforms. I’d add one more:
EACH precinct must report the number of ballots it has received at the end of EACH day.
Florida has this law. It makes it impossible to pretend to not be able to count (until they know how many votes they need) and then suddenly “find” 60,000 more ballots 3 days after the polls have closed. Broward County and to a lesser extend Palm Beach County used to be infamous for this.
All good, but one point was omitted:
Audits
All elections must be independently audited by groups from outside the precinct and state. Audit results must be reported within 30 days after Election Day.
Convicted felons cannot vote. I would add anyone on welfare more than 5 years should not be allowed to vote.
Just like the felons, those parasites produce NOTHING and are a severe burden to society.
Thats a good idea.
Too many places reported more ballots than voters.
And purple thumbs, so they can’t go to the next town and vote again. Too much of that goes on. Give them no quarter.
Actualy, anyone who receives government monies of any kind should be barred from voting. This alone would remove the incentive for voting themselves a pay rise
A good start...
Link gave me a 404 error
He left out the biggest two for some reason: Repeal RCV wherever it’s in use AND get rid of RCV-enabled voting machines.
Even if every voter is a legal voter, with those in place elections have been and will continue to be stolen.
RFID is the way to go. You get a ballot which contains a unique RFID tag. When you vote, it is scanned. That scan crosses off the ballot from the database. Any ballots which are not in the database will be flagged for either a duplicate RFID or an RFID that is not in the database. These are the ballots that will be pulled and investigated. They also will not count.
Voters sign a simple numbered notebook after voting, too.
When the polls close, the number of voters is reported to the election officials within 5 minutes.
This becomes the check number. All ballot totals for each office must equal this number. They are not added to the official counts until they do.
I agree, but I would make it 3 years instead of 5
Works for me
I don’t see in the Constitution where they were supposed to give people free government cheese. Perhaps we should end the cheese instead of the voting?
Several additional items to be added but of most important - start a new voter registration when the new president takes office and require all voters to re-register.
Hilarious! Kudos, Kurt!
