Nashville is the absolute top of the mixed media hotness right now. Bill Lee seems to be doing everything correctly in TN as long as he holds in 2022.
Mayor Cooper wants to keep the party rolling as Nashville and the suburbs becomes the wealthiest counties outside of silicon valley and DC.
I would not be surpised to see both National Conventions in Nashville in 2024. It will be good to see the DC press melt out front of the convention center for a month.

The usual strategy is to hold the convention in a winnable swing state and hope to get a bump. If Republicans can’t win in Florida in 2024, we’re toast. Boosting the ticket in Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina or Georgia might be worth considering.

This is completely in line with their philosophy (if it can even be called that). They want to suppress the opposition and not even allow them to be seen or heard. If they can, they change laws to accomplish this. The simple reason is, their goals have no popular mandate, they are unconstitutional, and their viewpoints cannot withstand the inherent cross-examination of normal dialogue.
The fact that a core concept of Leftism is the politics of personal destruction is just entertaining icing on the cake for them.
