Yes,in 2019 Mastriano went along with changes including no excuse absentee voting.
He said he was assured that the changes were made per the PA Constitution but others say they weren’t.
Also, Mastriano seems to have been a Senate candidate before officially announcing including fundraising. If true, that’s a violation of campaign finance laws.
