shouldn’t we all be stunned that a supreme court justice, appointed for life, is this badly informed on a topic she is hearing arguments on?
what kind of informed / insightful legal opinion can she give if she has wildly inaccurate preconceived notions of the situation??

Sotomayor should be removed from the Supreme Court for this.

One can always dream.
My adverse opinion is based upon she knowingly repeated a false statement for dramatic emotional effect in the legal arguments over the "vaccination" mandate. Tolerating this behavior from Judges delegitimizes the entire Supreme Court.
"Make up a fact day" is not a sustainable basis for the legal system.
That is why she should be gone.
Of course, Judge Sotomayor will not be removed from the Court regardless of her opinions or behavior. I suppose that is being a realist.
The Court will continue to undermine itself. It may eventually become irrelevant, as the Executive branch continues to rule-by-decree and retains control of the Police and Military forces.

Not removing her will make clear to a thinking person that the court is a clown show. The court has no legitimacy.
Liberals don’t care. For them they will try to get what they want “By Any Means Necessary”, and the end justify the means.
We have past the point where any further clarity is needed.
Removal of public officials who support Leftist totalitarian programs is what is needed.
Most of them aren't going to leave their positions voluntarily. But they are going to leave. It is only a question of how that can be accomplished.
