She is not intellectually challenged nor is she developmentally disabled. She is, with full knowledge, pushing a hard left agenda from the bench. Breyer, on the other hand may be the challenged one.

I’ve often noticed that judges seem to be clueless about the mundane; perhaps they just haven’t time to have to do with it.

Lying to the Court in oral argument will get a lawyer back waiting tables. Shouldn’t a Judge be subject to the same disciplines?
And since 2009, this intellectual giant has been making the law as her feelings direct her.

If we have to have any liberals on the court at all, I prefer that they be cognitively challenged. You don't want a really smart person as your enemy.
