A lot of that has to do with outsourcing. Russia has no problem producing its own weapons & munitions, because they do it in house. They don't outsource.
The other major problem is the uncontrolled spending propelled by being the world's currency, that it makes it harder with the mounting debt load and the pressure of BRICS to knock off the dollar as the world's currency.
We are falling, it's just a mater of time, but the question remains who will pick up the pieces. Patriots or foreign nations? Perhaps the elites for whom they were bringing down this nation in the first place. I for one do not think the elites will get this nation as they had planned to create their One World Government where they would be the Imperial leaders with their fanciful believe that they are better suited to run the world. But they only think they are bad hombres. They are indeed bad hombres, but they are far from being the finest of bad hombres to inhabit this planet.
You know that Russia had to be very concerned about what the U.S. might do when they went down for the count. We gave our word that NATO would not expand eastward, but we did. So then Russia started becoming anxious as were the Russian citizens.
So, Putin states that Ukraine & Georgia are redlines that they will not tolerate becoming NATO nations. Then Merkle admits that the Minsk Agreements were just a ruse to buy time to train & arm Ukraine, only it wasn't until Trump sent arms to Ukraine that Ukraine began to be armed at all.

Which was really about the election fraud in the 2020 election, and the J6 actions being taken.
But things have changed & other things gained more clarity with the passage of time. They couldn't arrest millions of people. The French have been doing just that for over 5 years now, as the yellow vests movement began on Nov. 17th, 2018. Today begins the 6th year of their movement. I don't know how Macron maintained his presidency, unless he too stole that last election.
