He frequently points out that Earth is not warming as fast as most models predict, and he questions the claim that current levels of warming are harmful.

He also distinguished between climate and weather and says we can’t do anything about either…

This is the only climate data set that has not been “adjusted” to show that the past was colder than it actually was. In fact these are the people who discovered that NOAA was cooking the books.
Spencer wrote "our" with his colleague in mind.
