I don’t know if Barrett is ignorant, but OSHA regular rule is NOW open for notice and comment. This is running in parallel with the ETS. Same protocl to the companies, no change there, but the regulation is there without the grave danger threshold.
Barrett kept asking “when does the emergency expire,” but ETS have a 6 month life, by statute. Whther or not the emergency expires, the ETS expires as a matter of statutory law.
