The Supreme Court has approved Vaccine mandates in the past. So a per se ruling against would surprise me. But here the question isn’t one of a mandate that was duly passed by law. It is trying to by-pass a sure defeat in the legislative process to shoe horn in one using a statute that doesn’t seem to fit.

I other words, a pen and phone moment is being put to the test.

In other words, a pen and phone moment is being put to the test.

It's a dictatorship if you can force medical experiments on the population through a pen and a phone.

If the Supreme Courts says this is OK, then I think all bets are off. The republic and the Rule of Law is gone.

The mandate upheld in the past was imposed by a state, not by the feds.

In addition to the question of whether the feds have this power, there is the question of whther or not OSHA has the power.
