excellent, balanced post and summary.
Perhaps adding only, there is some significant risk in taking the vaccine and authorities have not been forthcoming in how severe that risk is, so the normal cost/benefit analysis that used to be informed consent is not really present.
Agree?
Again, thank you that was an excellent, balanced summary.
(And if we could all strangle the fear....there would be a public health benefit for that.....fear is killing us)
Was the author of this story vaccinated previously?
We had it a last January. I had a pretty bad case that I have mentioned here. Trips to ER etc. Wife had it and was much milder. We both caught it again int he past two weeks. Me first. It was 102-degree temperature for about 5 hours, body ache, and a little of chest cough. Lasted not more than two days. Wife has it now.... she went to the doc with sore throat. She is about well now. Pretty minor. The doc offered her ivermectin if she wanted it, but also said he thought it probably wasn’t necessary. She said no thanks. So, I know.... you can have a bad case and get the natural immunities and catch a new strain. But it was not severe.
.
I had it 2 years ago. It was very slight I felt I was getting sick being a little tired for about 3 days and it left. My wife was pretty sick for about 2 weeks but didn’t feel good for 3 weeks. This was right before they started pumping the sky is falling fear. Neither of us went to the doctor.
I used to make Pizza Hut pizza. Now, they have moved over to a “Bisquick” style mix, but the dough I made was from scratch: flour, water, oil, salt, yeast. “Thick and Chewy” and Pan dough also got a little sugar.
The sauce was tomato with oil and spices (canned with added packets).
The cheese was pre-diced Lucille’s, but 100% Mozzarella.
Toppings are as healthy or unhealthy as you want them.
There are worse things to eat.
If your brother has no contraindications to taking benadryl, I suggest he give it a try, taking it per box directions with a glass of warm milk.
If it helps he will know almost overnight.
This innocuous home remedy got some publicity about 3 weeks ago and not only did it help my daughter within 48 hours... I am reading a lot of very positive anecdotal reports. I used this on my daughter at outset of symptoms, preferring to save the IVM until she was past her nausea.
Three days and she was almost fully recovered from aches, heavy fatigue, fever and lower GI issues.
Price of Benadryl and generic is already going up on Amazon and some store availability going down... so apparently the word is getting around,
Fwiw
Yes we live in a soft fat society. Obesity is a comorbidity factor with covid-19 and around 40% or more of Americans are obese.

Thanks so much!!
You will have to get the recommended treatment from the CDC. More shots and tests.
How did you know it was Covid? The PCR test?
The PCR test is a LIE............PERIOD!
“I think back and give credit to Trump as he tried to actually steer us away from Fear and towards hope.“
I totally agree with you there. Unfortunately, he was all alone, surrounded by tens of thousands of politicians and bureaucrats who saw it as an opportunity - for THEM.
I had it back in August and that is absolutely the worst part of this virus. constantly worrying, especially when my wife had it.
I currently have it. Day 8 for me, as far as I know. I’m feeling better. Still sick, but not as bad as a couple of days ago.
I had the Pfizer shots early last year, as I am a diabetic with kidney disease and lung damage from an accident 12 years ago. I didn’t get the booster but was thinking about it for after the holidays.
I was really worried that Covid would kill me. I’m not 100% in the clear, but close.
The saddest part is hearing about people who were full vaxxed and bolstered and still got Covid not once but twice.
I sure as Hell don’t want to go thru this again!
Thanks
