It primarily affects rich liberals, so I don’t care.

Unless they determine the offender is a right-winger, then the penalties will be doubled.

Well, that will finish off NYC.
Good going libs.

Will they just hang them instead? If so, that’s a big improvement. If not, what ever were the dumb voters thinking?

Even Jack McCoy would not be happy with this. On the other hand, since there won’t be many crimes going forward, the budget for the DA’s office should be able to be reduced. Significantly.

“the office will not seek carceral sentence other than for homicide” or “class B violent felony in which a deadly weapon causes serious injury, domestic violence felonies,” and a handful of exceptions. I assume one of those rare exceptions will be "hate crimes." Thugs can go free, but if you erase some BLM graffiti you're looking at jail time.

Wouldn’t a victim of violent crime or a victim of a criminal let loose be able to sue these leftist DAs for intentionally failing to follow the law in prosecuting criminals? I say sue the hell out of them. Or what about a class action suit by residents in their jurisdiction including mental distress for making their neighborhoods unsafe.

NYC has collapsed morally and the rest won’t talk long. Build a wall around it.

Bragg’s action sounds so unbelievable it makes one wonder if it is true.
A long term society cannot do this. It is like cancer.
