The media is already being flooded with stories this week about the solemnity of the January 6 anniversary. And yet we also have Politico reveling that the Democrats are attempting to use the occasion to engage in flat out partisanship by federalizing the elections at the state level so as to favor that party.
In fact, Rachael Bade and Ryan Lizza are not at all shy about joyfully hyping in the Monday Politico Playbook that "Dems to use Jan. 6 anniversary to supercharge voting rights push."

Poor Chuck. I guess he hasn't checked the weather reports yet. It is forecast that a YUUUUUUGE snowstorm will hit DC on January 6. That's on top of the biggest snowfall in years that is already on the ground there. Good luck either entering or exiting DC that day.

Dems know they are going to get their a@@es kicked in November, the writing is on the wall and they know it..so when all else fails, CHEAT..and with this “Voting Act Bill” its nothing more than a massive cheating bill which will enable the commies to never ever lose another election..ever..millions upon millions of illegal aliens being given the right to vote, no voter ID, so a person can vote 100 times for a Dem, etc etc

How can they plan to politicize it? They’ve been politicizing it for a full year.

Somebody needs to go mainstream with the Revolver video investigation.

You make it sound like a blizzard.
DC itself got a good solid snow, but it’s not huge. And only apparentl6 since 2016. I guess it has been a rather good while since we had significant snowfall in the region. But 5 years still isn’t that big.

They’ll want to make it yet another stupid federal holiday about grievances.

The more they go at things from this angle the better. the only people who believe this crap are hard core lefties.... the more they try to convince others the more seats in the house and senate they lose. Thank God they are being so stupid.

By gosh. I never would have thought they would politicize this. Never. Furthest thing from my mind. Never imagined it. Really unexpected. A true Black Swan event. Nobody could have foreseen this. Totally out of Left Field. Completely blindsided by this. Took my by surprise. Out of the blue. Caught off guard. Stopped me in my tracks. Struck me dumb. Made my jaw drop. I was rooted to the spot and knocked over with a feather. Raised my eyebrows. Words failed me. I was blown away. A real eye-opener. Took my breath away. I'll be a monkey's uncle. I gasped in surprise. Who could have seen this coming? I was caught unawares. I spit my coffee.

But 5 years still isn’t that big. The current snowfall shut down traffic on I-95 for about 24 hours. And late Thursday a YUUUUUUGE snowstorm is coming. Check the weather reports.

No, there was a big accident around Fredericksburg (still an hour from DC) that stopped it and the snow kept coming during it and made it hard for them to get out of it.
DC itself had about 6-8 in.
WE right here about an hour north got 8”.
It’s a solid snow, but not anything like 2016 (I don’t recall that but sure we had something big) or the unbelievable season of ‘09-‘10 which included 3 huge snows.

Back on topic, I’m dreading this time. Lots of documentaries and lectures on media, and then lots of regular liberals admonishing and gnashing teeth about it on FaceBook et al.
I got in enough trouble last year with my “friends” on FB. It got ugly.
