A solar array anywhere other than on your house or barn is a waste of land.

Place also in Florida called Mountain View. Ha thats a laugh too — mountain what ?

We’ll it is the highest elevations in most of Florida and utility was fought for 5 years and got to built on top of all the hillsides, multi megawatt solar array.

Many agree that low areas, old dumps, are perfect for solar, but this was politician owned land that is visible for 20 miles that is being blanketed with panels. Pasco county, Dade City.

I agree. Solar power on a house by house basis can cut your overall energy costs, but will never replace fossil fuel power plants.

Better to put them at ground level, easier to maintain, doesn't screw up your roof, etc

WE have 2 panels on the bimini and 2 wings on the safety rail of our sailboat. 660w of panels along with 300ah of lithium.

We do good most days, but, I would like to add another 200w of panels and 100ah of lithium.

But, we’re good right now.
