I read the excerpt for Biden’s age (now or in 2024 - NOT given). It did say he probably wouldn’t run in the second paragraph and mentioned incapacitating mental deficits, but no age comparison.
When the author used “septuagenarian”, it meant Biden. At least that’s how most of us interpreted it.
