since all this bs started i was sick once for two days with something. i upped my supplements and slept a lot and got over whatever it was. when i dont feel good i dont go anywhere, because i dont feel good and dont want to go anywhere. i try to rest and sleep and up my key immune supplements and let the body work and heal.
