Failed to deliver by failing to publicize FDA EUA approved monoclonal antibody treatments to thousands of sick Americans because he hated those people and was grimly pleased to see them die.

Has he done anything good? Can't think of a single thing.

He could have been the second best best president in history by just leaving all the Trump policies intact.
