I dont believe any of this is about scamming votes. That was just one step in the plan. "Occams Razor" always supplies simple answers for simple people or at least those too naive to accept possibilities.
Those with too serious of health problems will die but getting rid of useless eaters is just a pleasant side effect.
Too many have admitted too much in little bits here and there to not see the plan. The plan is to get the majority too weak and otherwise incapable of doing anything other than lie in a government issued drawer wishing you were dead. Wishing you could do something and experience those things you never had a chance to. There is a technology that will "help people to overcome their disability" and they will jump at the chance to experience all the joys of life virtually. Dont believe me? Its already happening today.
Wealthier people and those with government connections might be privileged enough to have their living corpses stored somewhere like this. The rest not so nice.
