I live here in SoCal. 54 years.
We get plenty of rain/snow. Some years more than others, sure, but super wet years come as often as the dry ones.
We suffer water shortages bc no new dams, storage AT ALL for 50 years despite quadrupling the population.
All of this rain/snow this winter will be washed into the Pacific. Watch. We’ll be in a “drought” by June.

So true.

As usual after a really wet winter the Dept. of Drought will be renamed to the Dept. of Flood Control.
