"Sarah Weddington was a Texas giant,” Texas state Rep. John Bucy said on Twitter.
“From litigating Roe v. Wade, to serving in the Texas House, to supporting countless women in politics, she has left a legacy of fighting for progress that is nearly unmatched,” he wrote.
Weddington, the daughter of a Methodist minister, was 26 years old and just five years removed from law school when she took on the controversial case.

Wonder why she never changed her name to “Divorcington”.

pretty young for a woman. her’s is not an eternity i would want to face.
basically she buffaloed a young Norma McCorvey into suing for a woman’s right to sacrifice their babies to the demonic idol feminist movement, resulting the most unfair, onesided, immoral and leftist politically motivated USSC decision since Dred Scott.

This woman was an evil, conniving witch.
She took advantage of Norma McCorvey, her client in Roe V Wade. Norma wasn’t that bright and craved affection.
The witch got Norma to lie and say she had been gang raped...which never happened, in order to give her case legitimacy.

She had accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and became a pro-life activist.

As of the start of 2021, approximately 62 million abortions have been carried out since the Roe v Wade decision.
That’s a “legacy of fighting for progress” but a horrible number of murdered helpless babies.

Sara Weddington apparently had an abortion in Mexico when she was 22, and in law school, before she was married to Ron Weddington. The abortion was performed in 1967.
She married a year later in 1968, and divorced in 1974.
It appears she never re-married and never had any children.

So many things could be said but, being a Christian, the most charitable thing I can say is may God have mercy on her soul.

It is a shame she could not be around to see her work shot down when Roe vs Wade is reversed. All the bogus arguments she offered would be laid bare and she would be made to face it if she were still here.
