Poland's Justice Minister and Prosecutor General Zbigniew Ziobro announced on Thursday he would ask the country's Constitutional Tribunal to declare the the EU rule of law conditionality mechanism is not compatible with the Polish constitution.
Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro reminded at Thursday's press conference that his ministry, as well as his party United Poland, were both against said EU mechanism, but prime minister Morawiecki agreed to its adoption.
Ziobro also said that after "a thorough legal analysis it's absolutely certain that the conditionality mechanism is a solution glaringly incompatible with the Polish constitution". "That's why I have decided to file a motion to Polish Constitutional Tribunal," he stressed.

"Therefore, it's actually all about power and sovereignty. This is what the dispute is really about, not about rule of law,"
Poland is waking up to the EU Globalist Tyranny Scam.
Is it soon enough to prevent WW-III starting in their Eastern backyard?
Poland and Hungary seem to make up the bulwark of resistance to the socialist EU.
Would like to see them take a similar stance within the NATO framework.
Huh ? Pederasts are approaching from the west, while Mongol is massing the horde in the east. It's the joint Nazi-Soviet action, just like NS2 and loads of other “projects”. Vlad the anti-globalist is a story for kids and retards.
NATO is older than EU and had legitimacy when originally formed, so Poles may have a warmer attitude toward the Legacy Organization.
When President Ronald Reagan put the Soviet Union out of business (using the American Economy), the Warsaw Pact disbanded and NATO was unnecessary.
Poland and Eastern European Nations had to decide on their own type of Socialism, and sadly they didn't recognize the reorganization of NATO to push American and Western European Marxism to replace Soviet Marxism.
Poland had huge changes to go through, so it's an understandable tragedy.
Recommend you invest in some really good sunblock, you can have a front row seat.
Random Observation du Jour: The Polish language uses more
‘Z’s than any other language I’m aware of besides Italian.
They may have a warmer attitude toward NATO, but their acceptance of intermediate range missiles has painted a bullseye on their backs.
Poland will not survive a nuclear encounter between Russia and the West.
Neither will Western Europe and the United States.
I zee you’ve been paying attention.
Polish guy goes to get his driver’s license and is taking his eye exam.
The person asks him to read the letters, the Polish guy responded, “Read it....Heck I know the guy!”
Liberal tears raise the ocean levels!
My friend from Poland will get a kick out of that when I tell her. 👍
I can envision a situation where ICBMs are launched toward Russia from Poland or some other EU country and Russia gives a limited nuclear response.
Would the US necessarily get directly involved in that situation by striking Russia...would France or England?
Seriously, I have some trouble finding accurate English translations of Polish News without the Western MSM Narrative filter, and then I have to work to fill the gaps Polish journalists leave when speaking to Poles rather than a western audience.
I salute Poland in this decision.
It is about time.
Mein Gott, who would do that ? The neo-cons ?
Solidarity!
The Tower of Babel didn’t work, and the EU hasn’t worked either.
I have been involved with Naval Defense Countermeasures and Intelligence regarding the Soviet Union and Soviet Military, but none regarding the Russian Federation and Military.
Based on this experience, I do not believe that Russia would limit her response to an attack from any Western Source using Nuclear weapons made possible by United States actions no matter how minor the US involvement.
