Evidently, the guy she attacked was an 80 year old senior citizen. I don't think she is going to get away with just anger management classes. This is bad enough she will likely get some jail time and a substantial fine. Similar incidents have been yielding fines of $20K-$50K.

I doubt it. It says, "a passenger named Patricia Cornwall" was taken into custody, not "a passenger named LaPatious Cornwall".

And remember, a guy convicted of trespassing while carrying an American flag was sentenced to 41 months in prison.
