Canadian railway officials have a rather familiar method to segregate passengers and identify authorized vaccinated citizens who are traveling in railroad cars:

You miss the point. Canada is segregating its population, marking some as "undesirable" or "non-compliant". Perhaps the talk of moving the unvaxinated into camps has escaped your attention. Canada is following procedures that were used by the Nazis to segregate their population.
