We have a Christmas Eve service.
And we had it.
We have a great deal to be thankful for this year.
Merry Christmas to all.

No wonder so many people have such contempt for churches, and for organized religion in general.
Five-letter word beginning with “P”.

We have a Christmas Eve service. And we had it.
As we did.
Traditional Greek Orthodox--more people Communing from the Chalice on the common spoon any time since Pascha.
Probably less than 1/4 of the folks wore masks--voluntarily, of course.
We believe, we trust, and we confess the Angels' message:
"FEAR NOT!"

We attended a beautiful service, at our church, with all of our family. Saw many friends.
How sad for folks to miss out.

Let’s be real. These churches were just looking for a reason not to meet. My church had two services, the first of which was live-streamed on our YouTube channel. Teaching the gospel on Christmas Eve is still possible, *even* in this ridiculous COVID era. Shocking, I know!!

The world has been infected with a virus, not called Covid, but called “co-demented”. The sheer stupidity and absurdity knows no bounds.

However, these same people will venture out to stores and restaurants, yet somehow their churches are “unsafe.”

They love dividing people
And also turning groups opposed to them into scapegoats to take the focus off of them
Aka
Dont let the unvaxxed come to your family Christmas gathering

My family attended the Christmas Eve vigil Mass at our parish. It was lovely and well attended. They had three masses today/tonight, and I believe three more tomorrow. Masks are voluntary and I saw only a handful.

Plenty of places to worship around Dallas. Be careful if Catholic, however, as the priest may call the cops on you. Might be better off heading to a protestant church.

Proud to say the original dioscese of America, the Basillica in Baltimore, is still holding its masses.

Attended a service with my son and his wife at a very large church in north Texas. Not a mask in the place. It was very nice (and normal).
