If I were in charge of the Texas Guard I would require every member who complains about being deployed to read up on the history of those who served at the Chosin Reservoir in North Korea.
Friggin’ National Guard ain’t interested in stopping the invasion of the United States. Poor babies. It’s so bad that they are killing themselves. Not your daddy’s military.
Your post says it all. Right on the mark.
Partisan Media Shills on parade.
The only way to keep good people is to increase pay and benefits. The armed forces are losing great people to the civilian job market every day because of the money being offered.
Most likely some other emotional issues going on.
Four within 8 months? That's one every two months. I worked in New York State Corrections for 25 years. During those years, and in the three different facilities I worked, three officers committed suicide from the same facility. That's 3 in 25 years...not one every two months. That seems a rather high number of emotionally disturbed officers working in that one area, and all worked on January 6th. Maybe those four officers were among the group of Capitol Hill Police that were suspended, and were being investigated by the Feds for their actions that day. We'll never know, because nobody's ever going to let that slip out.
