He’d be a real good Majority leader in the senate. Keep him there. If he doesn’t play then it’s SCOTUS. That’s all.

If he doesn’t play then it’s SCOTUS. That’s all. The fact that even though an attorney he maintains he is eligible for the WH is an affront to thinking patriots. It certainly ought to raise concerns he is fit to sit on the USSC. But politics are what they are.
