CNN Medical Analyst Wen: Biden Should ‘Go Further to Restrict the Activities of the Unvaccinated’

CNN medical analyst Dr. Leana Wen said Wednesday on CNN’s “Newsroom” that President Joe Biden should “go further” in placing restrictions on Americans who have not gotten COVID vaccines.

Wen said, “I think what we will see with Omicron is a very large number of infections due to Covid-19.”

Shouldn’t they be concentrated on the yuge single demographic in their cities that is the most hesitant to get jabbed?

All this stuff on the ground is confusing to me. We squabble around with the trolls arguing about T-cell protein inhibitors, monkey cells throwing mRNA at each other. Whatever.

I like to pull the stick back, level her off at around 50,000 ft, roll her over and take a look at what’s going on on the ground.

In my opinion, the recent actions of nearly anyone with any authority whatsoever indicates serious malfeasance is afoot. I don’t see the need to dig into the details. What’s the point? If I can identify actors as the bad guys, I have a better idea of what to steer clear of. Good rule of thumb: don’t do what the bad guys want you to do.

But I’ve been wrong before. What do you think?

I agree with your rule of thumb.
Once a group (or individual) has done enough actions to lead you to a fair conclusion that they are liars, and have nefarious intentions, it really isn't necessary to drill down that much. It can be a bit entertaining, but not necessary.

Does Wen believe we should isolate these infected people, so they no longer pose a threat to the uninfected since there is no vaccine against this disease?
