Can anyone explain to me what Leslie sees as ‘temporary’ inflation? I see input costs skyrocketing. (corn 6.00/BU, Fertilizer doubling from last season, etc) Those costs must be passed on.

I haven’t check in the past few days, but I have recent seen reports where consumer debt is again setting records.

“Can anyone explain to me what Leslie sees as ‘temporary’ inflation?”

The worst bout of inflation in my lifetime was in the late 70’s-early 80’s.

It subsided. It was temporary.

A low rate of inflation is desirable. The last thing you want to live under is deflation so you want a cushion against that. Ask Japan.

Well, I’m a little more confident now that Build Back Bolshevik has been delayed until at least 2022.

I also was more confident when the courts suspended potatus’ vaxx mandates, but not as much now due to the 2-1 6th circuit ruling.

That must’ve been one hell of a talk Beijing cheating Joe had with the mediapukes...

I completely forgot he had a "talking to" with the media to get their heads straight. It does seem to have worked, huh?

The USA is getting over extreme COVID fear.

There is a lag here. I think you will see an extreme drop in next months numbers.

I feel more confident about the economy too, as do most Americans.

There is a segment of Americans who never feel good about the economy, no matter how good it is. They go from depressed to more depressed and back again. It’s really too bad, they hold themselves back from success throughout their entire lives.

An extreme drop in confidence?

I don’t agree, but let’s talk about it again next month.

Well, if you call 15 years “temporary”. Good luck with that.
