The report showed the consumer confidence index climbed to 115.8 in December from an upwardly revised 111.9 in November.
Economists had been expecting the consumer confidence index to inch up to 110.7 from the 109.5 originally reported for the previous month.

The USA is getting over extreme COVID fear.
All Hail Lezgo!
Why Democrats have a brighter future than Republicans
Once Americans see and feel the effects of what Democrats fought for, the polls will change

I see he found his glasses.
Can anyone explain to me what Leslie sees as ‘temporary’ inflation? I see input costs skyrocketing. (corn 6.00/BU, Fertilizer doubling from last season, etc) Those costs must be passed on.
It’s Christmas. People are writing checks their asses can’t cash.
And just like that PRESTO! That must’ve been one hell of a talk Beijing cheating jo had with the mediapukes and the rest of his cronie lying pals ...it did the trick! Effin lairs! Those asses need to get the hell out of Their protective bubble and go to the supermarket and see how much we are all getting screwed at the cash register! A good example is: During Trump’s term 4items at the dollar tree would cost you $4 now 4 items will cost you $5! Sure 🐀, everything is hunky-dory nice and dandy everything is coming up roses! Effing liars liars liars all of them! EVERYTHING IS SKY HIGH and getting worse! God help us and this nation from these evil demons!!
And in other news, reindeer really know how to fly!
Well Heck yeah. What with the plummeting cost of everything consumer, who wouldn’t be ecstatic? /$
I haven’t check in the past few days, but I have recent seen reports where consumer debt is again setting records.

I completely forgot he had a "talking to" with the media to get their heads straight. It does seem to have worked, huh?
There is a lag here. I think you will see an extreme drop in next months numbers.
Why, it's a Christmas miracle I tell ya'. What next Santa, an improvement in Biden's poll numbers?
I feel more confident about the economy too, as do most Americans.

There is a lag here. I think you will see an extreme drop in next months numbers.
An extreme drop in confidence?
I don’t agree, but let’s talk about it again next month.
Gas prices through the roof. That means everything costs more. Won’t last
Stagflation is worse
Well, if you call 15 years “temporary”. Good luck with that.
