Upon examining the premise of equality of capability and the societal construct of the playing field, there are two possible conclusions, either the premise of equality of capability is false, or indeed the economic playing field is biased in favor of whites.
The elephant in the room says that much has been studied regarding the lesser innate intelligence of American blacks. The “Bell Curve” and other studied around the world have come to this conclusion. It does not mean the black Americans are less human or less valuable in the eyes of God. So I pose that the premise of equality of capability is false. Why should this not be possible? White men can’t jump.
The minority standing on the sideline only see the outcome of the creativity, dedication and hard work of those that choose to compete. He assumes that all those people have succeeded with capabilities similar to his. This is an error. But his conclusion is that the playing field must be tipped in favor of the whites. What to do?
The best revenge for minorities against White Privilege is to compete and succeed. If you believe that the "playing field" is not level then you have two choices, compete anyway and work even harder to succeed, or go find another playing field.
The other playing field would be to succeed within your own minority community. Black owned businesses in Black neighborhoods, buying from Black distributors and producers.
Minorities will never find a solution in expecting whites to tip the playing field in their direction. The two groups have a completely different view of the field of competition. I think that whites go about their lives competing on the field of life and don't even see the blacks on the sidelines. Blacks stand on the sidelines and have no idea how to get on the field. For some reason they think they need to ask permission of the whites to play?
Just step on the field and compete! Or don't. It’s up to you. But don't blame it on whites if you can't.
He should give it all up and go live in an all Black neighborhood in Detroit, and give away all his money and start over there.

On the other hand, if they really want it to be a disease and all whites have the disease, then the Americans with Disabilities Act may apply and what he has done is rank discrimination under the act. He needs to be fired and sued into oblivion.
Here’s a test for reasonableness. If only white people can be racist, what’s the word for non-whites who think they or their race or some other race is superior to the white race?
If those aren’t racists what is the word used to describe them?

Black kids in America are born with 3 strikes against them.
Strike 1. Mom is an “n word”. Sorry, but that is the truth. Mom herself was born into a single parent home, raised by an ignorant, belligerent woman of color, and she is stupid, under-educated herself.
Strike 2. The kid is born out of wedlock. There is no stable black man to ameliorate the horrible effects of the mom, who is ignorant, belligerent etc.
Strike 3. Mom raises the kid in a neighborhood full of other “n words”, so that the kid grows up thinking being violent, stupid under-educated etc. is just the way to be. In fact, if they are not stupid and violent, the other “n words” will beat the crap out of them.
This don’t even get into little black girls being molested by whatever piece of crap mom is shacked up with at the time.
Which is why the good results of a wonderful program like Head Start fade out over a few years.
This is why no other country wants American blacks, those special people who “Built America.”
Oh, and are ALL black Americans this way? No, a minority are good people, normal people and people who fit into America quite well. BUT, as a group, even good American Blacks are busy making excuses for the bad ones, and blaming us White folks. Just a guess but the uneducated black would target the educated. “Uneducated Black Lives Matter” flags would be everywhere. “You didn’t earn that degree”.
Critical Race Theory would teach educated and light skin black supremacy.
Dark skinned blacks would blame lighter skin blacks for higher incarceration rates, unequal justice. “It’s time we recognize and acknowledge police brutality taking place in our streets against the dark skin black community.”
