The Break Backs Broker bill eliminates COAL MINING! It is a Climate Change “infrastructure” changing bill to stop climate change from ... coal fired utilities, heating, steel making— everything.
So the Union is fine for themselves going out of business, from having no mineworkers?
This is WHY Manchin will not support it- it puts WV citizens out of work. But the Unions— they think they’ll be compensated.
The union executives are just an arm of the demonrat party.
Bringing up items one by one and voting on them in Congress would be very good for Americans but not very good for political payoffs. That is why it will never happen. Sadly

Coal miners will the the most screwed people ever under that damnable bill. It’s the ridiculous “Green New Deal” under a whitewash cover and the overarching goal of GND is to wipe out all coal mining and burning.
The miners should decertify that union, form a pro-coal union, and thank Manchin for saving their jobs.
Funny Biden is against coal mining and the Coal Miner’s Union is pushing it’s members to vote to advance his legislation. Does anybody else see how corrupt the Union Officials are? Let us hope that the miners see through this. The Union Officials should be investigated promptly. What they are doing is vile!

That’ll stop future cases of black lung, all right. So would strip mining and letting Mr. Peabody’s coal train just haul it away. But I think miners prefer being employed. Just a guess.
