Right now I’ve got a slight cough that I got from my son, who refuses to see a doctor and get antibiotics. 19 years old. You know. He’s worse off than me, but stubborn and foolish. Other than that, I’m getting into good shape, exercising and eating right.
Haha now you speaking my language FRiend. I am now convinced that regular exercise is the best immune booster there is. I began that at age 59 after I was forced to retire from many health issues.
