Accepting, for the purpose of discussion, that this law comes into force, it still seems to require you to be sick, as in actually having COVID, (or, at least, provably potentially sick in the case of alleged “contact”) as well as be unvaccinated.
Of course, given behavior of prosecutors these days, it might require a “Make me let you go” court case to get released after they arrest you.
And how does this apply to healthy persons who, although previously vaccinated, have not yet gotten the booster shot - for whatever reason? In other words, no longer fully vaccinated?
What if you can prove you don’t have the disease, as in having a recent, negative test?
Maybe they could arrest you for not getting your annual flu shot or being behind in your immunizations. Perhaps you should be required to carry your shot card.
Yep, the opportunities for abuse of constitutional rights are endless with this legislation.
