Same here. I’m 66 and my husband is 63. We both just got over it. No doctors, no medications. VitD3, zinc, melatonin, Quercitin, Vit C, and a few other supplements that I always take. My husband has congestive heart failure, so he had his usual meds plus some of the same supplements, especially the VitD3, zinc, Vit C and melatonin. Son and daughter-in-law also got it and they did just fine. It was a bit rough at times, but nothing that any of us could not survive.
