NBC and MSNBC and CNN, are not dependent on ratings to bring in the money.
They get paid by their masters, namely, their mothership known as the democratic party, and supporters like George Soros and their left-wing social media partners (Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.).
If they were to be dependent upon their ratings-generated funding, they'd have gone out of business decades ago.
