One cheap pipe can provide an entire building with gas for heat and cooking. A steam boiler heats entire building. Which of these idiot bureaucrats is an HVAC engineer, mechanical engineer, or electrical engineer? That will be fun in the winter when everyone gets to their apartments, turns on the heaters and starts to cook dinner.
