Since there is a 50/50 elected balance in the senate, then that means that Harris casts her tie breaking vote. And considering that there ae a few republicans in the senate that consistently vote democratic, then the problem isn’t with the voting amounts, it is that the democrats don’t even like their own platform and vote against it.
So what really sucks here in their estimation? It isn’t the senate, they have a majority. It isn’t the crossovers from the republican count that vote with them. So that leaves the failure of their own party to trust and determine their own platform workable and can grow the party, which is their only interest outside of a pay raise. It’s their own fault...live with it. Because all they are complaining about is themselves. They aren’t alone.
