Give her time; she’ll decide on taxing “sugary soft drinks.” What voters don’t realize is that EVERY drink containing sugar - orange juice, Gatorade, etc. - will cost more. And there will be no audit of the money. And there will be no reports on any “results” of the war on childhood obesity. But the pols in the city will be wearing better threads and visiting nicer places overseas.
But don’t touch Ben and Jerry’s sugar-filled cholesterol bombs because they got their heads straight.
Put her face on food containers. That’ll work.
