Wow, the racial reckoning after George Floyd sure has gotten a lot of black people killed!
According to the FBI, amid the extravaganza of violence following Floyd's death in 2020, an additional 2,400 black males and 405 black females were killed, compared to 2019. The post-Floyd murder surge of 2020 is, by far, the largest year-to-year increase in homicide in U.S. history.
So far this year, 615 black people have been killed in Chicago (out of a total of 767 homicide victims, 29 white); 164 in Baltimore, (out of 323 total, eight white, with the race of 144 murder victims somehow "unknown"); and 373 black people have been shot to death in Philadelphia (out of 460 fatal shootings, 35 white).
All this makes me wonder if we wouldn't be better off encouraging the violent elements of the black underclass to stop acting out, instead of ginning up their anger by relentlessly pounding away at "systemic racism." Perhaps our prestige media could help if they told disaffected urban youth that they're not heroes when they shoot up neighborhood block parties, beat up their teachers or fight with the police.
Instead, elites tell them the exact opposite. The most celebrated entry in the "White People Are Out To Get You" genre is Michelle Alexander's 2010 book, "The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness." Alexander, who is only half-black (always the loudest at the anti-racism rallies), argues that the criminal justice system "labels" black men "felons" in order to deny them basic human rights, such as the right to vote -- exactly like under Jim Crow!

What trivial infraction did Jarvious commit that got him "labeled a felon"? (No doubt something your typical white person does every day.)
Answer: He shot to death a 17-year-old high school kid after robbing him and his friends at gunpoint.....

Black Deaths Matter
Of the preponderance of black on black murders, likely most involved drugs in one way or another.
Money.....drugs are money
She better not get under him.
Other articles I have seen show that BLACK traffic fatalities, since the Feast Day of Saint Floyd, are up 30+%, while in the country as a whole, they are up a mere 4%.
Like abortion, black “leaders” seem to support things which disproportionately KILL black folks.
Doubtful. Blacks in America shoot themselves in the foot daily. Their actions, to include voting patterns, are self-destructive, But they really don’t see it.
I remember a time where someone would say “rules” and a picture of Coulter would magically appear. Gone are those days.
I was thinking about it but decided not worth the effort.
Fellow African-Americans...Wise up!!! Obama/Biden did nothing for improving, suffering American Blacks from their poverty living conditions, for the eight years they held White House power...period!!! The only they did was accept the African-American votes!!! The one and only dude that started improved living conditions and decent jobs for millions of African-Americans, heading in the right direction was a gent named Donald J. Trump!!! It is really too bad and a shame that African Americans still bend over for Democrats and get nothing in return of substance!!! Some folks just never learn who is on their side and who is screwing them!!!

True. I was watching a LAW&ORDER rerun last week from early in the series (had Michael Moriarty as the Assistant DA) where his character said 'just once I want someone to stand up and say 'I did it', to take responsibility'... That has to be thirty years ago and things have only gotten worse since then. No one, from The President on down to the vilest street thug, takes responsibility for anything.
Have a sibling who is an LEO and patrols the local interstate stretch often. Since the pandemic started traffic stops have been eased; you really have to be flagrantly recklessly driving - driving over 85 mph and/or weaving - to get pulled over. He says the majority of his stops , by far, are black and as rule their initial response is 'you only pulled me over because I'm black'. Despite the fact they were driving 100 mph.
Another local incident recently.... young black male on a large Japanese motorcycle, bombing down I95 well in excess of 100 mph. Got a picture of him from the dash cam giving the pursuing officer the finger... seconds before the biker hit the guardrail and killed himself.

Well, a close look at Haiti, or any black governed nation in Africa or elsewhere, will quickly expose that fallacy. Don’t even have to leave the USA: Houston, Texas, Chicago or any black-democrat mayor city.
