Not quite that many. Several states have constitutional carry and open carry laws. I live in Texas and was passed and went into affect this past September.

Ohio's gov needs to sign the bill for it to become law. Governor DeWine is pro-2A but it is unclear if he supports Constitutional Carry legislation. His office told the Ohio Capitol-Journal that he has not yet taken an official position on the issue.

The PA House and Senate recently passed Constitutional Carry legislation - only to be vetoed by it commie democrat governor.
