Seems more like they’re following someone else’s script, like the Bolsheviks.

Thank goodness she was able to identify the culprit.

Otherwise, some folks might have mistakenly thought that the government regulations putting all the mom and pop processing houses out of business had something to do with it.

Little Red Lying Hood wouldn’t know Big Meat if it flopped in her face......not that it ever would, of course.

“Bongino had fun with this today.”

Didn’t he, though?! I couldn’t stop laughing out loud when his guest (Peter Schweizer?) said that Psaki has a problem with “big meat”. Hilarious.

The Demagogic Party COVID police state is the reason for the shortages, including the underlying labor shortages. Contributing to all of the price increases is the Biden-engineered fuel price spike.

I had to do a doubletake at my radio. I wasn’t paying that close attention and all I heard was circle-back Psaki has trouble with big meat. It was a great moment in radio. Rush would be proud.

Definitely. A great moment, especially the way Peter S. said it.

Mexican grocers have actual butchers on staff. They buy whole sides of beef and break it down on site. If they have a local wholesaler of sides of beef they can get whole sides for under $2lb this is why they can undercut the box stores who just shrink wrap meats out the box. Even “butchers” at a Kroger are at most breaking down primal cuts but never whole sides of beef or whole hogs.

Good point, they do have a full butcher shop in there and Grandpa always said just the way the steak is cut can make a difference in how good it eats... You don’t even have to buy the “value pack” to get the sale price, you can just tell the butcher you want that one steak behind the glass and it is the same price. I won’t even buy Kroger’s steak any more after buying this beef.

DFW has the michoacana store chain, that’s also a region of Northern Mexico known to be cattle country so they have a ready supply of Mexican butchers. The two by me all use local Texas steers for their beef source I also never buy from a box store. If I don’t go in on a half steer with my family I’ll supplement that supply with michoacana bought, they also do the less.common cuts such as hanger steaks and whole fajitas which is the diaphragm and up to four feet plus long and three wide its a huge cut in the raw form its not 8.99 lb its 2 or less. Fajitas are a time honoured south Texas cowboy culture tradition. Smoked low heat over mesquite at under 110 degrees then sear directly on blazing hot mesquite coals no grill grates needed on whole coals there’s little ash

“Could it that a lot of pork is being shipped to China that might be impacting pork belly prices?”

The people with pork belly contracts are thinking, “Hey, we’re losing all our money and Christmas is coming. “I won’t be able to buy my son the GI Joe with the Kung Fu grip.

“And my wife won’t make love to me ‘cos I ain’t got no money.”

They’re panicking, screaming, “Sell, sell.”

They don’t want to lose all their money.

They are panicking right now. I can feel it.
