The law that allows Congress to look at a citizen’s tax returns has limits. No public, no copies, no photographs. They may look at the document and ask questions, but [I don’t think] they can keep the document - it stays with the citizen.
Trump should plan on it’s violation and have charges ready to offer when it’s violated. And if charges result in removal of a Rep, then a quo warranto questioning the majority rule of Pelosi may come into play.
Judge is kicking the can down the road. This will go to SCOTUS and will probably be a 5-4 for Trump.
